DARVANNI TEXT MESSAGES

Darvanni is a mobile appointment booking app operated by Bobby's WRLD LLC in Austin, Texas. It connects customers with independent service providers such as hair stylists, barbers, nail and lash technicians, estheticians, and massage therapists. Customers who opt in get text messages from Darvanni about their appointments only. Darvanni does not send marketing texts.

How to opt in

Texts are always optional. When you book an appointment in the Darvanni app, the last step (Step 3 of 3, Your details) asks for your mobile number and shows an SMS consent box. The box is unchecked by default, and you can book without checking it. The Book now button is on the same screen, below the box. If you check it, you agree to this:

I agree to receive automated text messages from Darvanni at my mobile number about my appointments: booking confirmations, reminders, reschedule and cancellation notices, and Front Desk replies. Darvanni does not send marketing texts. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Message frequency varies. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help. You can also turn texts on or off at any time in the app under Settings > Notifications > Text messages (SMS). The switch saves right away; there is no separate Save button.

How to opt out

Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts. You can also reply UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, or QUIT. You will get one message confirming you are unsubscribed, and no more texts after that. You can also turn off Text messages (SMS) in Settings > Notifications in the app. To start again, reply START.

Your privacy

We do not share, sell, or provide your mobile phone number or messaging consent data to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.
